Hi, my name is Ewa and I am a freelance makeup artist based in Somerset but I travel wherever my brides needs me.
I have to confess that Makeup was not my first choice for a career, so I am a fully qualified Veterinary Surgeon. Even though I truly love animals and it is an amazing profession I always loved makeup and that is something that makes me happy so I decided to change my career path completely. In 2019 I did my makeup training in the Academy of Freelance Makeup in London and have been doing makeup since.
In the beginning, I have been doing all types of makeup (including special occasions, prom and even special effects) but over the years I did realize that bridal makeup is something that I truly love and want to commit to fully.
On a personal note: I am originally from Poland, a happy wife and proud mum of a little girl. I like to watch a good movie, exercise with weights and talk (I am a real chatter but that may not be that obvious when I am fully focusing on my beautiful brides).
I am a perfectionist and control freak which in my opinion is something good especially in this profession and on someone's wedding day.
I truly believe that makeup should make you feel confident and powerful. I am always aiming to only enhance your natural beauty not to cover it under layers of makeup.
